Dr. Saylor and the entire medical and office staff are excellent. Unlike many doctors, it's very easy to contact the office staff to get appointments. Dr. Saylor is excellent. He takes the time to explain the issues and options, and is genuinely caring about his patients.

Dr Saylor was warm, reassuring, really nice- and he understood my multiple issues immediately! We then discussed a ‘game plan’. I liked being part of the plan!! That was really exceptional. His staff was also very nice, smart, and welcoming!

Everyone is very nice and seem to be doing their best. Dr. Saylor himself has a great tableside manner, gives good info and suggestions, answers questions very honestly and is extremely good at injections. As usual the only thing that makes it 4 instead of 5 stars is the wait time. They make an effort to get you in and do apologize, which is great, but a lot of patience is required
